Young Scientists Union "Intellect" granted the declaration of "Good Governance" to all five municipalities of Adjara. The declaration was singed by majority candidates for local self-government elections on date of May 28, two days before the Elections Day.  In case of their election for Sakrebulo they had to provide: Publicity of local self-government activities; establish the effective service systems; involve population into the decision making processes; make budget making process transparent basing on the real demands of population; promote  economic development; improve business environment; promote public welfare; establish relationships between the self-government units having the same problems; support the popularization of self-governance idea.
The Chairpersons of the Sakrebulos thanked Young Scientists Union "Intellect" for the prize.
The future will show us how will be implemented the majority members promises.
