In order to get the successful results from implementation the activities foreseen under the ongoing project "Increasing Capacity of Local Self-Government for Long-Term Participative Development in Adjara Region" the joint working groups have been created in each Municipality.
Each working group of Khulo, Shuakhevi, Khelvachauri and Kobuleti Municipalities is made up of six members, two of whom are main specialists from Gamgeoba, two from Sakrebulo, and two experts from Young Scientists Union "Intellect". As for Keda municipality, their working group is comprised of eight members as far as Gamgeoba and Sakrebulo expressed their will to send six specialists (instead of four) to the joint working group.
The joint working groups will be actively involved into the process of elaboration of the municipality strategic development planning, municipality passports and investment passports, as well as they will provide implementation of the other activities under the project jointly with the self government bodies of target municipalities and agree all the questions with the structures of Sakrebulo and Gamgeoba, and "Intellect" Gamgeoba.
All the activities were divided according to the competence of the members of the joint working groups. The joint working plan is already drawn, according to which the meetings are hold.
