Young Scientists Union "Intellect" has carried out trainings for all the members of five municipalities of Adjara region. The subject area of trainings was planned on basis of survey carried out before, covering: "Local budget, On-budget incomes and expenditures" and "Legal basis and principles of Sakrebulo activities".
Two expert-analysts – Temur Tordinava and Micheil Dzagania, have been invited from Caucasian Researching Institute of Economics and Sociology as trainers. As the trainings participants say "the trainings have been held timely and effectively".
