In five municipalities of Adjara region on the basis of work-flow department of Sakrebulo (representative body) and Gamgeobas (executive bodies) one stop-shop service centers were created for the purpose of providing more effective and transparent services for citizens and business sector. The above-mentioned service center will collect statements of citizens and official correspondence at one electronic base with the help of which information will be forwarded at various services.
For perfect functioning of one stop shop service centers in the Work-flow Departments of mentioned municipalities Young Scientists Union "Intellect" has decided to introduce the program, enhancing the efficacy of municipal centers activities. For the above-stated purpose computer program - "Electronic Assistant" was created. The training conducted for the representatives of Work-flow Departments of Kobhuleti, Keda, Khulo, Shuakhevi and Khelvachauri aimed to introduce the program peculiarities. The representative of Young Scientists Union "Intellect", trainer - Paata Bakhtadze represented information about the nature of the program and the capabilities of its functioning to the training participants.
Computer program "Electronic Assistant" is already being operated in a test mode in Kobuleti Municipality. In other municipalities there are trainings already completed and after one stop shop service center commences functioning, the program will be operated in a test mode.
