Since 2006 there is activated program of Municipal free Dinings for socially unprotected layer in whole Georgia, which targeted to feed mentioned layer once every day in a week. The program in Municipality of Shuakhevi was financed by "United Naotinal Movement", since 2007 was determiend under the budget of Shuakhevi municipality and was allocated 15 000 GL. For salary foundation is allocated 216 GL, for other expenses like (electricity, gas, washing and disinfection materials) 104 GL and for production purchase 930 GL. 36 inhabitant of Shuakhevi municipality use program of free Dining. Feeding of per person in Shuakhevi, like in Khulo and Keda municipality is 0.80GL when in Khelvachauri per person is 1.75 GL and in Kobuleti 2.10GL.
Customers of free Dinings express dislike - "we don’t have any pretension toward servant personal, contrary, everything is done with cleanness, its their fault, every day is the same dish, we complain people, who provides us and allocates finances. Embarrassment brought us here, was time when we were well and proud, but now…." – mentioned oldman in conversation, who avoid to name himself "Its boring everyday is the same, its good that are activated similar programs, its realy great affair but its needs to be controled what and how goes on".
We tried to clear up situation, it was impossible to connect with Dining provider Ind.interprenuer Natela Zoidze, but talked to his son Soslan Zoidze, who is in parallel head of Infrastructure Arrangement Service of Shuakhevi Municipalitiy Gamgeoba. "I help my mother and am acquainted with this business well; Gamgeoba formed a contract based on "agreement with one person"
with Ind.Interprenuer and is obliged to serve a Dining until December 2007. We know that inhabitants aren’t satisfied, that’s why Gamgeoba and Ind. Interprenuer decided to make changes in and add chicken meat in ration, which will satisfy consumers partly, it would be better to enlarge ration but miser budget doesn’t allow".
