NGO Young Scientists Union"Intellect" conducts trainings in the project frame "Community and Election" for members of Sakrebulos of Adjara, which main target is to enlarge professional knowledge and sophisticate-aware difficult issues concerning the budgeting. "Budget Process of Local Self Government Bodies" "Budget Process of Georgia", "Social-economical Development Plan", "Making and Evaluation of State Target programs", these is little list of training isseues, which were conducted by trainers Tite Aroshidze and Mikheil Ananidze in the target groups.
March 22-24 training-seminar was conducted for Sakrebulo members and office staff, except Sakrebulo, taining was presented also by office staff of Gamgeoba and population. Training – seminars got positive evaluation.
Tina Tebidze Chairman of Budget-Financial, Economical Issues Committee – "First of all thanks to "Intellect" for cooperation and support, because new-established Sakrebulo really needs support. As for training itself, it was very fruitful and interesting. We knew much but cleared up in budget issues deeply and in detail, which will have compulsory positive effect in the future.

Malkhaz Dumbadze inhabitant of Keda _ "This training was very useful for me. I wasn’t acquainted with budgeting. I think that thare is lack of professional staff in Sakrebulo and whole authority, I knew it before but during the training I sew it. The main isn’t to elect Sakrebulo memebrs and make budget superficially, main is how elected authority considers their electoral’s opinion – demand of simple people. Peasant needs attantion; Opposition between peasant and authority always was and will be. My request is to pay more attantion to people and it won’t be difficult to plan budget".
Vladimer Tebidze inhabitant of Keda –"Self government is new-elected and training will have collosal meaning in budgeting process. Personally I studied here that I am allowed to take part in budgeting process of my municipality and express my opinion freely on public meetings. Studied issues will simplify to fulfil my civil duty. I will demand public information and be involved in budgeting process compulsory."
