In 2006 two free dinings were functioning in Municipality of Kobuleti . One was provided under the state finances, another under patronage of "National Movement". End of year National Movement stopped dining provision and 30 socially unprotected people were attached to free dining. According to the official data for today there are 200 people, which are served by similar service. For the program "Arrangement of Free Dining for Socially Unprotected Layer" was allocated 150 000 GL, among them 17 390 GL for renovation activity of Dining. 14 640 GL was allocated for similar program provision in Municipality of Khelvachauri . In fact here 40 people use municipal dining, but according to elementary mathematical counting feeding of per person are 2.10 GL in Kobuleti and 1.52 GL in Khelvachauri. If we compare expenses of per person in Kobuleti and Khelvachauri, difference is 190 GL. So feeding of one person is in Kobuleti cost more in 190 GL than municipality of Khelvachauri.
All above mentioned made suspect for representatives of NGO that allocated money for free dining is artificially increased in Kobuleti. Mentionable and interesting is that why costs per person feeding are 2.10 GL in Kobuleti and similar ration isn’t over than 1.52 GL in Khelvachauri?
Dali Giritiladze – Chairman of Health, Social and Veterans Issues Department have been quoted as saying:-"I can’t imagine what food they prepare under this cost in Khelvachauri, even 2.10 GL isn’t enough for normal feeding. My aim is to increase financing once more". Responding on mentioned blame declared and points on dining, deputy chairmen of Board of Khelvachauri:-"I am personally responsible if any person go away unsatisfied with food or service. Of course I am not against of finance enlargement, contrary I will be glad, but we try to do our best in finance resources we have"
