Since 1998 "Intellec" sincerely serves its mail function: Development of civil society institute and third sector (NGO). Union has oriented all its potency for establishment of Civil Society, setting free economics principles, improving population social-economical life conditions, upbringing of educated and progressive generation and setting and propaganda of modern informational technologies. For today the main activity of “Intellect” is to support democratic processes development, enlarge legal awareness and activeness of population, transparency of budget allocation, rise proposal and effectiveness of budget and enlarge involvement level of population in local self government processes.

  Intellect has implemented 12 various projects while existence with success. It’s mentionable that for today, that union is developed as quite strong, authoritative and competitive organization, which staff and board members has great authority as in government as well in wide layer of society, through "Intellect" isn’t going to stop and more actively plans to support democratic processed development in the region.
