â€œVillage is the village and problems always will be, but we want to appoint and solve the most important and needed. Cultural life is the great part of our spirit life. That’s why we need rehabilitation of House of Culture. Its easy to make an arrangement for your village mates, but if you want to show your culture to others, it needs work and conditions in order to set arrangement under standards and be worthily presented for society” – declared Zaur Turmanidze Headmaster of Public School of Keda municipality on the public meeting.      
  The public meeting was organized by NGO Young Scientists Union “Intellect” on which elected initiative groups leaders presented target programs to Local Self-Government bodies based on problems revealed on common meetings with population.
“Intellect has implemented colossal work and worked with population well, because presented target programs are perfect and sophisticated. Underlined priorities by us and problems revealed by “Intellect” coincides each other. But peoples’ any initiative is always considerable and accountable” – mentioned Okropir Beridze Deputy Chairman of Keda municipality Sakrebulo.
Similar Meeting was conducted in October 3 in Khulo municipality, on which actively presented population of all 13 communities. Sakrebulo and Gamgeoba representatives with population discuss actively presented target programs.          
  I am joined activity in the project of “Intellect” since they started research problems; I know well what work they have done. These target programs and today’s meeting is the significant example, that peoples’ wish must be fulfilled compulsory.  Underlined problems will help to make budgets for the future” – mentioned Guram Chogadze Chairman of Infrastructure and Economics Department of Khulo municipality Gamgeoba.
