12 communities (Dagva; Gvara; Kakuti; Alambari; Tsikhisdziri; District Chakvi; Mukhaestate; Ochkhamuri; Zeniti; Chakhati; Leghva and village Kakuti from 19 communities of Kobuleti Municipality need inter road rehabilitation. Khutsubani, Kvirike and Sachino underlined as priority Water system rehabilitation. Chaisubani community wants to implement coast-protecting and dam setting arrangements, House of Culture in Bobokvati, kinder-garden in Khala community and municipal bus in Achkvistavi.

Temporary Chairman of Kobuleti Municipality Sakrebulo Nugzar Kakaladze has been quoted as saying – “From today’s opinion we can say that one additional step was made by meeting with people. The most important is that NGO came to people, talked to them, considered their demands and there are selected exactly those demands, that are priority for them. Its true that some problems have been handled during the project implementation, some of them needs correction and even during correction there should be considered people’s opinion, because village liver knows better what disturbs them. One more thing is considerable, I can’t say that population underlined priorities wrongly and couldn’t see correctly but on some places common problem was more important but they made accent on another. As I mentioned there are done lots of things, some of them need population involvement, and what have been accomplished if here will be population activeness Gamgeoba and Sakrebulo will work more effectivelyâ€
Similar meeting was conducted in Municipality of Khelvachauri. Here 5( Tkhilnari, Akhalsheni, Sharabidzeebi, Ortabatumi, and Gonio) communities from 13 communities are suffered from failure of water system. Number one Priority of Urekhi, Sarfi and Makhinjauri is inter-road rehabilitation. Living in Kirnati and Machakhela demand municipal bus and rehabilitation of House of Culture in Acharistskali. Cleaning of river-bed Mejinistkali in Kakhaberi and rehabilitation of sewerage system in District Khelvachauri.
