Young Scientists Union “Intellect†started to conduct trainings about “Methodology of Community Budget Researches†for attorneys of communities in 5 municipalities (Kobuleti, Khelvachauri, Keda, Shaukhevi and Khulo) of Adjara.
The principle goal of training is to leave community attorneys in lower circle on places, who will have skills in methodology of problem research after the end of the project “Community Mobilization Initiative†(which is implemented by the union since November 2007).
Above mentioned skills will be practically used by them in the future activity, they will research existed problems until start up of the budget year and will lobby in bodies of local self government, which is the main guarantee of good governance principle ( Consideration of initiatives driven from below – population).
