Following stage of the project "Community Mobilization Initiative" (which is being implemented by Young Scientists Union "Intellect" already 21 months) is finished, in which frame "Intellect" conducted budget researches in five (Khulo, Keda, Shuakhevi, Khelvachauri and Kobuleti) municipalities of Adjara. There have been revealed priority problems during researches, on which experts of "Intellect" with share working of community initiative groups will work out target programs. In list of previous researches were included only problems, which were considerable under the competency of local self-governance and in the mention list are inserted problems, which according to the (Agreement between The Ministry of Finances and Economics of Adjara autonomous republic and Young Scientists Union "Intellect") are considerable under the competency of Adjara autonomous republic authority. Although coming out from project objectives, YSU "Intellect" is going to make target programs only on those problems, which should be solved by bodies of local self-governance.
