NGO Young Scientists Union "Intellect" in the project frame "Community Mobilization Initiative" worked out project of following normative-legal act "Instruction of conducting Budget researches in municipalities, making and allocation of target programs finanfcing from the budget", which was sent for discussion and future adoption to Municipality Sakrebulos of Kobuleti, Khelvachauri, Keda, Shuakhevi and Khulo. There is mentioned clearly those steps and procedures, which should be executed by self-governmnet bodies in order budget researches be implemented.
If Sakrebuloes adopt mentioned normative act there is developed normative base and practice of conduct budget researches.
If normative act is adopted by Municipality Sakrebuloes it is obligatory to be executed on accotdant municilaity territory, for Gamgeobas and Sakrebulos.
