November 9 Sakrebulo of Kobuleti municipality adopted the draft normative act, which was elaborated by Young Scientists Union "Intellect" under the project frame "Community Mobilization Initiative".
"Instruction for Implementing Budgetary Research, Elaboration and Reporting of Budget Target Programs in Municipality" – is the normative act directed to municipality budget planning with accordance to the public interests, increasing their involvement level in budget process and establishment of budgetary research practice.
