YSU "Intellect" conducted public discussions in Municipalities of Khulo, Shuakhevi, Keda, Khelvachauri and Kobuleti. On public discussions proxies of communities presented those target programs to Self-governance bodies that were collaborated by Young Scientists Union "Intellect".
In order to make target programs "Intellect" held social-economical researches in 5 municipalities of Adjara aiming to reveal community problems and define priorities; herewith YSU with representatives of Economical Service of Gamgeoba, proxies of communities and members of initiative groups worked out target programs on the base of number first priority problems. 
 "Community Mobilization Initiative" is the name of project, which is being implemented already 2 years in municipalities of Khulo, Shuakhevi, Keda, Khelvachauri and Kobuleti and financed by EU.
